If you’re like me and by the end of the week you’re feeling stressed out and not so lovey-dovey towards humans, this is for you! After losing my cool a few times in the past few days, I decided to share what helps me remain calm even when I want to be feisty. I feel better already 🙂
1. 5 Minutes of LovingKindness Meditation
May I be at peace, may my heart remain open, may I awaken to the light of my own true nature, may I be healed, may I be a source of healing for all beings,

Note: Take your time repeating these phrases. If you’re a visual person, then visualize what that might look like. If you’re a feeling person, feel what each phrase might feel like. That’s where the magic comes in.
